Uptime Monitor - (Free) Monitor
website reliability, get an email message and monthly email uptime statistics.
Know when your site goes down. Can also be useful to prove your case if
you have a dispute with your host over their reliability numbers.
Speed
Test - Measure time to load you webpages, and size of pages. Good for
spotting large pics causing slow load times.
Google Analytics - Track web traffic statistics
with lots of details, the best!
Google Adwords - Steer
traffic to your site via pay-per-click search engine ads, $5 to signup +
$0.10 - $5.00 per click. Set your budget. You can also upgrade to the
standard version for free and link it to your Google Analytics account.

Xenu's Link Sleuth - A useful tool to create a basic sitemap. It is a
